Welcome to the Children’s Holistic Collaborative! The CHC is an organization that seeks to empower children and their families holistically by nurturing their minds, bodies, and spirits so that we all can be in our personal power & JOY. Families are an important part of a child’s life and we intend to support, educate, encourage, and guide them holistically. Children spend the majority of their time throughout the week in school. We recognize the unique roles that educators have in a child’s life and we support them in holistic ways.
The CHC:
- Is a child-focused Directory of holistic professionals who can offer insight, service, and Resources to children, their families and their educators.
- Offers a variety of classes and workshops through out the community in order to keep families healed and together.
- Is a source of support for all those wishing to make permanent and lasting changes for all children in our society. Change can be made peacefully, while combining strength, hope, ideas, and love.
- Is a “Youth-Roots” organization. Teaching one child at a time to be skilled in ways to deal with illness, conflict, and any other obstacle that may obscure their personal and authentic path.
- Has the goal of every RI Public School being supported by holistic professionals. Yoga, Martial Arts, Meditation, Dance, and Massage allow our children and teachers to maximize their focus and well-being.
